Yes, there is no college degree needed but the time you need to be fit to earn takes long as well. When you finish, you stand to earn as much as $130,000 every year.

Real estate brokers can earn as much as $187,000 a year. Construction superintendents and radiation therapists  can earn as much as $116,000 while ultrasound technologists can receive as much as $110,000 annually.
