Bill Gates & Online Learning

It is not surprising that Bill Gates has nothing but great things to say about online learning. Being one of the few people who have helped bring the future closer to us in the form of computer development, Bill gates truly knows the implications of using the Internet to the world of education. In fact, Bill Gates & online learning is a pair that makes perfect sense.

According to the renowned leader and computer genius, tomorrow’s minds can be better shaped with online learning. He firmly believes that learning using the Internet is the best way to educate today’s young minds. Of course, online education is for everyone and he is well aware of this. He has admitted that he has accessed a few lectures on certain topics he’s interested in and they have helped him immensely.

But saying that Bill Gates & online learning is not just a gimmick for a guy who everybody knows have made billions out of the computer. In fact, Bill Gates seems to be greatly aware of how today’s education system works and how it can be revolutionized by incorporating online learning. For instance, he has correctly observed that in actual schools, students who are weak at something are often sent to study the easier version of they course they find difficult. This, of course, does nothing. It does not help the student at all. The computer mogul said that helping students with their weak spots is something that online learning can address. With the added interactive nature of online learning, teachers can really know how to help those who are weak in some areas.

Bill Gates admitted though that a more systematic and wholly successful online learning platform is yet to be realized. He admitted that this will take a lot more hard work from those who want to bring this type instruction forward. But he, like us, believe that online education is the wave of the future and there is no stopping it.
