In fact, USA holds 5 of the top 10 university spots in the world today. With this distinction, there is no doubt that this country can give you the best quality education that you will need.
The schools that have helped the country get this distinction are:

The other schools in the top 10 are located in the UK. This top 10 world best universities list was compiled by the US News & World Report. This magazine is known for its ranking of the best colleges and universities in the nation. With the help of the Times Higher Education- QS, US News & World Report came up with this list of top universities in the whole world.
Several categories were used to come up with these rankings. These are academic peer review, employer review, student-to-faculty ratio, citations per faculty member, international faculty, and international students. USA holds 5 of the top 10 university spots in the world today and it means that the five schools above garnered some of the biggest total scores in all categories.
Harvard University, the top ranking university in the whole world, garnered a total score of 100. The second school, University of Cambridge in the UK scored a total of 99.6. Other schools in the US included on this list scored more than 95.
