College Reviews
What is an Online College?
This is a common question that has been heard lately, especially posted on forums and education message boards. There is a bit of a bad reputation associated with online learning, and it is understandable. For a long time the Internet was full of ‘fake’ universities that would take your money for useless degrees.
That is no longer the case. There are hundreds of online universities that offer fully accredited programs to help you get the degree you want, in the time you want. The best part is that they are aimed at adult learners who have a full schedule to work around. Since you can do the coursework on your own time, it makes it ideal for anyone who works, travels, or has a family.

What Kind of Student Excels With Online Learning?
I wish I could say that anyone can be an online student, but that just isn’t true. It takes a special kind of person to go to school online. They have to be dedicated self starters who can hold themselves accountable. They have to be willing to work mostly on their own, only communicating with other students of instructors online.
Usually, these classes are for students that will do well in their studies, but want or need a non-traditional learning environment, allowing them to work from home. If you are a self starter who can keep themselves moving through the work at their own pace, you will probably do well.
How Can I Get Started?
It is easier than you think. Just check out one of the many college review sites on the web, and find an accredited university. There are plenty out there, some even offered from ivy league universities like Cornell. Once you have found what you are looking for, just enroll and get started. They all offer payment and financial aid options, and a schedule rotating around your own.
