Masters of Science in Law

Champlain College offers an on line university course in law that caters to those that are not lawyers but need to have the knowledge of law and litigation in their professional careers.  The program offers four focuses – managerial law, intellectual property law, human resources law, and health law.  Classes are 100% online, and the program can be completed in as little as two and a half years.  Since tuition varies per credit hour depending eligibility for financial aid and the materials needed, students are encouraged to contact an admissions advisor to get the up to date costs for their particular program.

Champlain’s on line university course in law consists of 14 classes, such as legal principles, conflict management, personal injury law, and employment law.  Terms are 12 weeks, and students take two six-week courses each term.  Students are required to complete an integrated reflective practice course within six months of enrollment.  This course includes a three-day residency at Champlain’s Burlington, Vermont campus.
