BS in Business Administration – Human Resources

If you are looking to take human resources courses online, Indiana Tech offers a flexible and accelerated program.  Classes are 100% online, and the program can be completed in two to three years depending on the number of credits transferred and the number of courses taken each quarter.  Tuition starts at $355 per credit hour and includes all books and study materials needed for the course.   Numerous scholarships and financial aid options are available.

There are nine five-week sessions each academic year.  The program requires 123 credit hours, including 11 core courses such as operations management, marketing, and organizational behavior.  There are also five concentration classes that cover labor relations, training, and counseling.   As with all bachelor’s degrees, students are required to take accounting, math, English, and social sciences.  Generally, these courses can be transferred from another institution.
